Cancellation Policies
Cancellation & Missed Lesson Policy
Lessons must be booked and attended during the designated school term dates.
Please note that missed lessons are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. The student or parent/carer is responsible for booking and attending lessons within the available term-time schedule. Lessons not attended for any reason will be forfeited and no refunds, credits, or alternative lesson times will be offered.
